Usage method
1. How to use the temperature controller
Turn on the power switch and set the digital temperature controller to 140-180 ℃. The temperature is related to the composition of the membrane and the climate temperature. The end user should adjust the temperature accordingly when using the machine.
When the temperature is set, wait for 5-10 minutes until it reached the set temperature, and then the seal can work.
2. How to use the film moving key and photoelectric switch
when the sealing film is installed on the machine, the film may not be on the top of the tray as it should be. You can press the film moving the key to set it in right place.
Then adjust the sensor to 3 mm below the black spot of the film, and keep the film inside the sensor. The machine can work.

Maintenance and cleaning
1. Clean the sealing head regularly to avoid the uneven working face of the sealing head, which affects the sealing quality.
2. Clean the toothed knife frequently to keep it sharp.
When lean the knife, turn off the power supply, plug the drain hole in the groove of the "cup feeding sliding plate" from the outside, pour boiling water into the groove, push the "cup feeding sliding plate" into place, press the handle down to the lowest point, soak for several minutes, repeat several times, then drain the water, clean and dry the groove at last.
3. The mechanical transmission parts should be greased regularly. If there is obvious noise in some parts of the machine, take off the upper cover to find out the noise, and then add high-temperature butter.
Note before using the machine
1. Connect the ground wire to ensure the safety of electricity
2. Turn off the power supply in case of failure
3. When the machine is running, do not extend your hand into the machine
4. The sliding plate of the box feeding must be fully pushed in place before the handle can be pressed down
