Q: Is the machine automatic? How many people are needed?

Biobased materials such as corn starch and straw can be directly made from powdered materials or raw materials (such as corn kernels and straw sticks), and require the use of granular masterbatch prepared by the material factory.

 

Q: How much land does the machine occupy? How much does the factory require?

A: The length of the machine is basically about 15 meters, and the width is about 2 meters, which means the factory covers an area of about 30 square meters, including raw material warehouses and finished product warehouses. It is recommended to have a machine of 300 square meters, and no less than 200 square meters is recommended.

 

Q: How much electricity, water, and gas does the machine require?

A: The water and electricity required by the machine vary depending on the configuration. Electricity and gas are different, just like water.

Electricity: For example, the most commonly used three screw (90/90/65) and four screw (90/70/70/65) have a total installed power of about 150KW, with a general requirement of 80KW for incoming power and an hourly power consumption of about 60KW, while single screw 90 only requires less than half.

Air: A set of equipment using a pneumatic punch requires about 1 cubic meter of air, which means a screw air compressor of 7.5KW or above is required. For an electric punch, each machine only requires 0.36 cubic meters of air, and a maximum of 3KW or above air compressor is sufficient.

Q: Why are machines divided into single screw, double screw, three screw, and four screw?

A: Single screw sheet material is usually used for single layer production of brand new single color products, or single color products with low requirements for filling materials. Double screw is a three-layer co extrusion, which is ABA. The inner and outer layers are brand new materials, and the middle layer is filled with filling materials, leftover materials, color masterbatch, etc. Generally, it is also used for single color production to reduce costs and increase extrusion volume.

Three screw is a four layer co extrusion, ABCA, with an additional layer between the two layers of new material, used for bicolor production and increasing extrusion volume.

The four screw is a five layer co extrusion, ABCDA. Compared with the three screw, the power is the same, and the extrusion amount is slightly higher. It is mainly one more layer than the three screw, and it is the main screw. The middle layer is filled with more filler and leftover materials, without adding color masterbatch. Under the same material cost, the color layer can increase the proportion of new materials, which not only greatly saves the cost of color masterbatch, but also makes the product texture more delicate.

 

Q: Which configuration should I choose when purchasing?

A: This depends on the existing products to be made, the subsequent development plan, and the reserved process materials to save material costs after progress. Generally, it is recommended to have three or more screws, which not only have a large extrusion amount but also have a relatively flexible process.

 

Q: Is the number of screws controlled separately? Can we only open one or two screws when making monochrome?

A: Yes, it can be controlled separately. You can open several screws as needed, or add the same material to several screws to increase extrusion volume and increase production.

A: Power consumption is relative, depending on the output. The electricity cost for one box is only RMB 1 cent. Of course, not all products are the same. Generally speaking, when the production speed is similar, the thicker and heavier the box, the lower the electricity cost per gram. There is no unified standard for the cost of a meal box. Similarly, taking a connected four cell lunch box as an example, different customers use PP and filling materials in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:6, and the material cost varies. Even if one ton is produced in five hours for four cell lunch boxes, labor, electricity, cardboard boxes, rent, etc. are generally around 1000. That is to say, the cost per ton of box is equal to the material cost plus about 1000. Of course, there are some very thin products, such as new rice dumpling tray and jiaozi tray. The production cost per ton must be more than 1000, but the profit of this box is generally higher and complements each other. Therefore, as long as the box can be produced by our equipment, it may be the box with the least investment, the lowest production cost and higher output. As for the profit margin, it depends on the regional market, personal sales ability, and cost control. As long as others are doing it, there will definitely be profits. Q: How many sets of molds can a machine make? How much is a set of molds.

A: The machine can change molds without quantity limit. The forming molds are generally between 10000 and 18000, and some products may have prices lower or higher than this range. Commonly used aluminum molds are generally between 12000 and 14000. The hardware stamping die ranges from 9000 to 11000, usually around 10000 yuan. Products of the same size can use a common stamping die.

A: We have all of the above punches as comparisons in our factory, if the customer has a request, we can do them all. Currently, the conventional ones are pneumatic and servo punches.

The oil pressure punch is dirty and prone to contaminating the product. Moreover, the unstable oil pressure can lead to a high scrap rate, resulting in product cutting and easy knife damage,

As a transitional product of servo punching machines, electric cam punching machines use electric motors to drive the punching knife through the crankshaft, with low sound, low vibration, high accuracy, and automatic counting and stacking. They were our main products in the first five years and have been replaced by servo punching machines.

There are two types of servo punching machines. One is simply to replace the cylinder of the pneumatic punching machine with an electric cylinder, which is driven by a servo motor. It is a transitional product before the electric punching machine comes out, with low force and forced to make many holes in the top plate of the punching machine to reduce weight. The screw rod is used to drive the punching knife, which is easily damaged. Moreover, the vibration and sound of the punching machine are not fundamentally improved compared to pneumatic punching machines. This plan is phased out, and the other one is the mainstream servo punch machine in our factory, which is similar to the Japanese Asano servo punch machine and has made corresponding improvements based on product characteristics. The reason for retaining the pneumatic punch is because it has a high cost-effectiveness, which some customers will adopt, and some specific products using pneumatic punches have better cutting effects, such as duck blood boxes. The disadvantages are high vibration and loud sound. Of course, we have achieved the industry's only integrated servo feeding and punching. Compared to similar products, we still have significant advantages in terms of speed stability and adjustment convenience.

 

Q: Why are punch presses divided into forward and reverse punches

A: In the punching machine industry, there is generally forward punching, and our factory has both forward punching and reverse punching, which are patented products. Products with flipped edges, such as fast food boxes, can only be faster, more stable, and more accurate with backflushing. For flipped products, using forward flushing has a high scrap rate, slow speed, is easy to cut, is easy to squeeze, and can cause damage to the knife.

There is also a type of punch that is suitable for automatic connection punching of the translation machine, using a full version laser knife mode. Currently, there are no open orders to the public.

Q: How to pay for the machine? Can the machine payment be made in installments?
